01. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned or exchanged if:
• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The return request is made within 3–7 days of delivery.
• The product is unused and in its original packaging.
02. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
• Customized or personalized items.
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
• Products without original packaging or tags.
03. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for damaged, defective, or wrong items. Exchange requests must be submitted within the specified return period.
04. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item. Refund amount will exclude shipping charges unless the error is from our side. Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days.
05. Return Shipping Cost
If the issue is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item), return shipping will be covered by us. For customer-requested returns, shipping charges may apply.
06. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
